Founded in October of 1972, A.C.T. is a Christian service agency providing assistance to those in need, including members of St. Angela Merici parish.

As an Active Christian Today the services we offer require active participation and prayer. We offer bread, bakery and grocery items daily to the homeless and hungry. We also offer clothing, shoes, furniture, and household items which are generously donated, financial assistance dependent on funding, temporary lodging on an emergency basis (primarily when children are involved) and government commodities on the first Wednesday of each month. A.C.T. is proud to provide referrals for dental, medical, and legal assistance, while maintaining a co-operative relationship with Brea Community Emergency Council. We are funded by the donations of everyday household goods and food and/or monetary contributions.

Thanks to the many hours of volunteer service donated, A.C.T. has been successful in making our hopes a reality.
